How do I make a reservation:
Identify the property you have an interest in and send an inquiry from this website for the dates of interest.  We will respond with availability and price. If you would then like to proceed to a reservation, you simply notify us via email that you wish to confirm and we mark you on our calendar and email our lease that outlines the agreed upon dates, rates and payment process. We then hold the reservation for 4 days in anticipation of the deposit. If the deposit does not arrive in this time period we assume that you have had a change of plans and will release the reservation.  However, we will send an email prior to releasing the reservation. We also accept reservations on a first come first serve basis.

Deposit:
We require 50% of the total amount due which includes the rental amount, tax, cleaning fee and refundable damage security deposit to confirm the reservation with the remaining 50% due 30 or 60 days before check-in, depending on the property. 

Refundable Damage Deposit:
Refundable damage deposits are returned within 14 days of check out and range from $300 to $2,500 depending on the property. For return guests the damage deposit is waived in appreciation of their return and to facilitate their stay.

Cancellation Policy:
The amount of deposit on hand is subject to loss if the property is not re-rented for the entire time period and at the same price. We do everything we can to re-rent the property and the more time we have the better chances of doing so. 

Payment Methods:
Our standard method of payment are personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders.  We also accept credit card payment via PayPal and bank wire transfers but pass on the 3.5% PayPal or bank wire transfer fee.
